Michèle’s love for French cuisine and pâtisserie began in her home country and grew over the years, inspiring her to share the authentic flavors of France with others. After many years working with Madison City Schools as a substitute teacher, she followed her dream alongside her husband Pascal, who brings a strong business background from the automotive industry and a shared love for French culture.

Together, they opened Le Macaron French Pastries to offer Huntsville a true taste of Paris—right in Valley Bend. From delicate, handcrafted French macarons to rich gourmet chocolates, pastries, gelato, and espresso, every bite is crafted with authenticity and care.
