After more than 15 years in the community—Michèle working in education and Pascal in the automotive industry—the couple decided to follow their shared dream of bringing French culinary artistry to Huntsville.

Michèle’s love for French cuisine and pastries, paired with Pascal’s enthusiasm for hospitality and culture, inspired them to introduce Le Macaron’s elegant, handcrafted treats to the area. Together, they proudly serve authentic French macarons, delicate pastries, gourmet chocolates, gelato, espresso drinks, and more—each made using time-honored techniques for a true Parisian experience.
