With our own, exquisite product line of french delicacies that are handcrafted at our very own confectionary, we’ve successfully lowered startup costs to a relatively low amount compared to other businesses in the industry. Using a standard part of the macaron making process to our advantage, we flash freeze the macarons and ship them via trucks to locations nationwide. Our Master French chef and staff bake between 16,000 and 18,000 macarons a day to assist in making the daily operational aspects of running a Le Macaron that much easier.
In the past few years there has been an increased demand for pastries and baked goods. In 2017 alone, cafe bakeries generated annual revenues of $30 billion.
