Our Le Macaron French Pastries ® support team provides owner-operators with multiple avenues for initial and ongoing support. These avenues include help with site selection, design layout, store setup, pre-opening training and more. We also assist with ongoing support such as new product development, periodic fields visits, annual franchisee conferences and consultative marketing efforts.
While prior experience in the foodservice and/or retail industries would be extremely beneficial, it is not a requirement. Our Le Macaron French Pastries® support team offers a variety of resources to benefit both seasoned and emerging owner-operators. In addition to providing ongoing support and training, we handle all baking and preparation in our Le Macaron Confectionary kitchens. By delivering all pastries fresh to each location, we effectively eliminate on-site production - making the operational aspect of running a French bakery franchise that much easier!
Though delays in construction, permitting or similar factors might occur, we anticipate that your French bakery pastry shop will open for business four to six months after the Franchise Agreement is signed.
For a single unit Le Macaron French Pastries® Traditional Café or Permanent Kiosk the total estimated initial investment necessary to begin operation ranges from $131,500 to $361,500, which includes the initial franchise fee of $45,000. Franchise candidates and their partners/investors must have a combined liquid capital of at least $75K and a combined net worth of at least $250K to qualify.
For a single unit Le Macaron French Pastries® Modular Kiosk the total initial investment necessary to begin operation ranges from $84,350 - $147,000, which includes the initial franchise fee of $45,000. Franchise candidates and their partners/investors must have a combined liquid capital of at least $50K and a combined net worth of at least $150K to qualify.
