Sarasota Business Spreads French Pastry Far and Wide
On October 10, 2016, the Sarasota Herald-Tribune shared the announcement that Le Macaron French Pastries now boasts 40 franchised locations in the United States. Franchised locations are also open in Puerto Rico.
Le Macaron French Pastries began as a dream of Rosalie Guillem and daughter Audrey Guillem-Saba, who wanted to share the French delicacy of the macaron with the world. Working with Didier Saba, a French-trained pastry chef and also Audrey’s husband, the mother-daughter pair created delicate macarons of meringue and flavorful fillings–with no gluten-containing ingredients and no preservatives.
